General info: Shakespeare is a brave mutant who can change back and forth from human to mutant by the sun and moon. During the day he’s James Barret, a high school student who lives next door to Yusuke. During the night, Shakespeare is a mutant ninja turtle whom catches robbers for the police. Shakespeare is private where as James is outgoing.

Background story from Turtle Hakusho: Shakespeare is born James Barret (Sometime Jason when his trying to be the bad boy.) He’s 11th Grader in High School and lives alone with his brother. His mother and father died 5 years ago. (TH: HTU) One day a strange girl gave James a sun/moon crest as necklace. James thanks the girl but she vanished but when that night came he transformed into a mutant turtle. (TNSP&NT)
